Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Matt Lindberg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sancho Zola (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zola is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Black Crow On A Tombstone by Satyricon. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Sancho Zola!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Yukihiro Yamamoto and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Zola shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
A punch combination from Zola misses.
Lindberg tries to close the distance and clinch up but Zola swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Zola lands with a nice body punch.
Lindberg fails with the takedown
and Zola counters with a nice body shot.
Lindberg throws a jab when Zola was well out of range.
Zola shoots for a takedown but Lindberg saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
Zola misses with the combination.

Lindberg tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Zola makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Zola scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.
Zola throws a head kick that misses.
Lindberg uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Zola.
Lindberg keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Lindberg looks for a takedown but Zola sprawls well.
Lindberg takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Lindberg is breathing heavily.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Zola lands a jab followed by a vicious hook that sends Lindberg sprawling to the canvas. Zola follows him down, looking for the kill. Can Lindberg hang on?
Lindberg is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Zola is nestled in close to Lindberg, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Oh Lindberg is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Zola is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Lindberg is hurt! He's hurt bad - Zola fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Lindberg from any more punishment! Congratulations to Zola! Great finish!
