The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Martinez checks the leg kick nicely there.

Martinez lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Jasta backwards.
Martinez digs a right hand underneath Jasta's ribcage. Jasta let out a lung full of air as it connected.
Martinez swings wildly with an uppercut but Jasta uses good head movement to avoid it.
Martinez gets underhooks to prevent Jasta's takedown attempt.

Jasta is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
