The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Roxas moves out of range of the body kick from Poulter.
Roxas dives in and grabs Poulter's left leg, looking for a takedown. Poulter pushes down on Roxas's head and hops out.

Roxas uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Poulter.

Roxas drops back looking for a leg! Poulter is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Poulter manages to kick Roxas off! Roxas jumps back into Poulter's guard.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Roxas seems keen to control Poulter's posture.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Roxas crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Poulter - the referee stops the clock and Roxas gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Poulter. Roxas manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
