Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bas De Groote (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Terry Bull (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). De Groote's entrance music is Bas' Theme. A fine choice. Bull has chosen The Last Shadow Puppets as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. On his way into the cage it seems that Bas De Groote has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Bas De Groote seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, Andrew Berry and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bull checks the leg kick.
De Groote getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
A looping hook to the body misses from De Groote. Bull does a little dance to reset his feet.
Bull takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
De Groote misses with an uppercut. Bull saw that one coming.
De Groote steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Bull.
De Groote lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Bull at a distance.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
De Groote drops Bull with a beautiful combination! Bull stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - De Groote is looking for the KO!
It looks like Terry Bull has been cut.
Bull looks gassed!
De Groote will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Bull tries to clinch but De Groote is having none of it.
De Groote throws a nice outside leg kick.
A head kick by De Groote - that's a beauty! Bull is out but he's somehow still standing... he's going... going... gone. Like a drunk walking down the middle of the road, the inevitable face plant follows and the delayed knockout arrives. Even De Groote can't help but laugh at the bizarre end to this one!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:45 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Bas De Groote!
