The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Stehling.

Stehling throws a sloppy head kick and Ryti moves out of range easily.

Stehling swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Stehling tries a low kick but Ryti avoids it.
Ryti takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Ryti looks to throw the jab but Stehling is out of range.

Stehling connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.

Timo Ryti seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

A frustrated look appears on Ryti's face as he tries to break the clinch.

Ryti chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Stehling can pounce on him.
Stehling catches Ryti with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!

The fight stays on the outside here - Ryti looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Stehling fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Ryti.
Stehling closes this distance looking for a takedown but Ryti circles away.

Jeez, Timo Ryti's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
Ryti throws a hook to the side of Stehling's head but Stehling sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
