Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Diomedes Argosian (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dwight Elkins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Argosian comes to the cage accompanied by Drowning Pool - Let the Bodies Hit the Floor. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A solid leg kick lands there for Elkins.
Argosian chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Elkins can pounce on him.
Elkins throws a low kick but Argosian avoids it.
Elkins throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Argosian with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Elkins to score with a decent uppercut.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Elkins lands a nice short elbow.

Argosian is looking for a sweep. Elkins is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Elkins is keen to just control but Argosian is a slippery customer.

Elkins is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Argosian is just riding it out for now. Elkins eventually gives up the hold.

The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Argosian has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Argosian and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Argosian stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Elkins swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Well Elkins has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
