The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gunj takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Martinez wants to clinch.

Martinez wants to stand but Gunj is controlling his arm.

Martinez shoots for a double leg takedown but Gunj sprawls well. He's pushed Martinez's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

That was a close round but I would say that Happy Gunj will probably get the nod.
