Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Gucci Mane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Frito Lei (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mane comes to the cage accompanied by My Kitchen. Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Gucci Mane!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 27 - 1, fighting out of Los Angeles, Frito Lei!
The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Mane shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Lei's guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Lei is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Mane slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
Mane lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Mane will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Mane working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound.
Lei working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Mane.
Mane not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
Lei has momentary wrist control but Mane slips an elbow through the middle.

Mane controls from within his opponent's guard.

Mane drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Mane jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Mane postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
Mane slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Gucci Mane.

Mane clinches.
Mane has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Lei is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Lei's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Mane moves out of range of the body kick.

Lei clinches.
Mane is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Gucci Mane. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Mane keeps control of Lei as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Mane is trying to trip Lei. He has hold of a leg but Lei is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Mane persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
Mane throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Lei works some decent striking defense from the bottom.
Lei is looking to stand up but Mane isn't so interested in that idea.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Mane seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Lei wants to stand up but Mane is controlling him.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Lei can do anything to dispel that myth.

Mane looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Lei with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Mane in particular looking to stall.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Gucci Mane dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Mane feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Mane is looking to work some ground and pound but Lei has wrist control.
Mane passes Lei's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Lei really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Mane. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Mane looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Mane is controlling the pace.
Lei is breathing heavily.

Mane moves nicely into side control.
Mane staying calm.

Mane is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Lei has escaped the position, nice work there.

Mane landing with strikes to the head and body from side control.
Mane has knee on belly and moves into mount.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Mane controlling from mount.
Mane lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.

BOOM! Mane connects with a massive shot to the dome!

Mane cracks Lei with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Lei is rocked!
Mane controlling the position easily from mount.

Lei is still in real trouble! Can Mane finish him?
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Mane content just to control the position here.
Lei seems to have recovered his senses.

Lei has left one of his arms exposed and Mane doesn't need a second invitation. He's isolated it and locked on a tight armbar. Lei screams and taps out, obviously in a lot of pain. Hopefully there isn't permanent damage to that arm.
