PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Atlas MacDowell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and eat me (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). MacDowell comes into the arena with Face The Pain blaring out of the sound system. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

me drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and me jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

MacDowell stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and MacDowell wants it to stay on the feet.

me changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. MacDowell tries to avoid it but me manages to keep hold of a leg and drag MacDowell to the ground. MacDowell escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

MacDowell has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but me is really squeezing tight and eventually MacDowell passes out! me breaks the hold and jumps onto the ropes to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
