The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rugowski throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Broderson misses with a wild body shot.
Broderson takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Broderson showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Rugowski.
Rugowski lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Broderson is breathing heavily.
Rugowski throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Rugowski throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Rugowski closes the distance and lands a one-two.

It looks like Dallas Broderson has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Nice defenses there by Rugowski.
Rugowski lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Rugowski scores with a jab. Broderson acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Rugowski tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Rugowski connects with a looping right hand.

Dallas Broderson's cut is getting worse.

Rugowski lands a big uppercut and Broderson crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Broderson looks OK. Rugowski waves Broderson back to his feet!
Rugowski connects with a right hand. Broderson shakes it off.

Dallas Broderson's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Broderson loses concentration momentarily and Rugowski pounces with a three punch combo! Right, left, right! Broderson crashes face first to the mat, out cold! Rugowski finishes this one with a fantastically precise combo! Great stuff.
