PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Brij Khali (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ross Woods (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Khali kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Masters of Mixed Martial Arts . Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 7 - 0, fighting out of London, Ross Woods!
The judges for this bout are Sam Margolis, James Glass and Donald Grub.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Woods scores with a one two! Khali had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

Khali feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Woods sprawling to the canvas! Woods rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Khali finish him?!


It looks like Ross Woods has been cut.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Ross Woods comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I've got Woods winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
