And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Konrad Koltun!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, William Gold and James Glass.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
West throws a right hand that Koltun ducks under and follows up with a left that Koltun also avoids with ease.
West tries to clinch there but Koltun circles away.
West looks to throw the jab but Koltun is out of range.
West throws a head kick that misses.
West throws a sloppy head kick and Koltun moves out of range easily.
West lands with a straight right. Koltun didn't see that one coming.

Koltun moves into range and clinches up with West.
Koltun manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Koltun lands punches inside but they're not really causing much damage.
Koltun lands a right hand that snaps the head of West backwards.
Koltun lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of West backwards.

Koltun pushes West back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.
Koltun keeps the fight in the clinch, despite West's efforts to push away.
West tries to score a body lock takedown but Koltun shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
West wants to get back to striking at distance but Koltun won't allow it.

Koltun swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by West.

Koltun rushes West and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
This has been an exciting period of action!
West jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Koltun walks away with a smile on his face. West gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Koltun connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between West's hands.
Koltun looks to throw the jab but West is out of range.
Koltun connects with a crisp jab.
Koltun scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. West doesn't seem bothered though.
Koltun moves into range and connects with a jab.
Koltun scores with a punch to the head.
West takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Koltun uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before West has time to react.
West slips under a jab from Koltun.
West with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Koltun to score with a decent uppercut.
David West seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Koltun tests West's chin there with a solid looking shot.
West takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

West throws a solid leg kick but Koltun takes the impact on his shin and smiles at West.

West gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Koltun connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
West takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming.
West looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.

enabling Koltun to counter with a crisp jab.

Koltun lands a nice shot to the body.
Koltun makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.
Koltun lands a right hand that snaps the head of West backwards.
West takes a shot to the head.
The referee calls for Koltun to work.
Koltun works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.
Koltun lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
West tries to break free but Koltun pushes him back against the cage.
West is trying to push Koltun away but Koltun has him pressed against the cage, so he's going nowhere.

The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!
West tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.

Koltun lands with a short head shot on the inside.
A short body shot lands from Koltun as the two fighters clinch.

Koltun scores with an uppercut up the middle.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Konrad Koltun dominated that round.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

West is rocked!
Koltun circles away before darting back in with a big straight right hand. It connects beautifully and sends West tumbling to the canvas! He's out cold! Koltun wins by KO!
