Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pound wants to clinch up but Tamatso keeps it at a distance.

Tamatso has Pound up against the cage in a clinch.
Tamatso is working Pound over against the cage.
Tamatso prevents the takedown attempt.
Pound has a couple of punches blocked by Tamatso.
Pound is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Tamatso gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Pound has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Tamatso avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
Tsuyoshi Tamatso has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ground Pound.

It looks like Ground Pound has been cut.
Pound tries to score a body lock takedown but Tamatso shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Tamatso is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
Tamatso comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush.
The referee calls for Tamatso to work.

Pound tightens his grip and picks Tamatso up, before dumping him to the ground. Tamatso manages to land in guard.
Pound trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet.
Pound lands a couple of digs.

Pound wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Tamatso's closed guard. He's half up but Tamatso has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Tamatso pivots and extends the arm, Pound falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Tamatso! Well done that man!
