The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lang throws a body punch but Holden moves out of range.

Lang pushes Holden up against the cage in a clinch.
Holden throws a head punch that misses.
Holden misses with a shot to the kidneys.
Holden scores with a shoulder strike.
Holden lands a body shot in the clinch.
Lang misses with the head strike.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Holden.
Lang prevents a body shot from Holden.
Lang lands a shoulder strike.
Lang swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Lang breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Holden shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Lang defends it nicely.
Holden scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Lang fails in his attempt to clinch.
Holden lands with a straight right. Lang didn't see that one coming.
Holden avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Lang misses with a shot to the body
and Holden counters with a right hand to the body.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Lang throws a right and a left that both miss.
Lang lands a lovely overhand right.
Lang throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped

and Holden holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Holden lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards.
A right hook to the body lands for Holden.
Lang is breathing heavily.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Holden cracks Lang with a nice body shot.

Holden has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Lang uses from the top position.

Holden pushes a forearm under Lang's chin to create some space. He's escaped his hips and pivoted quickly for an armbar! Can he extend the arm? Yes, Lang is tapping out! Damn, that was fast!
