Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Alexander Povetkin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dave Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Povetkin comes to the cage accompanied by Mother Russia. Lee is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Fatboy Slim - Right Here Right Now. This should be a great matchup!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lee jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Povetkin delivers a nice body kick.
Povetkin just misses with a punch to the body.
Lee walks into a stiff left hand from Povetkin.
Povetkin uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Lee has time to react.
Povetkin punishes Lee's body with a nice straight punch.
Povetkin tests Lee's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Lee throws a nice outside leg kick.
Povetkin ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Lee moves away.
Lee is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Lee tries to land a leg kick but Povetkin saw it coming and moves away.
Lee is looking to chop away at Povetkin's legs.
Lee drops his hands momentarily and Povetkin takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Povetkin wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Lee is still on wobbly legs! Can Povetkin finish him?

Povetkin lands a nice looking body shot.
Lee takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Povetkin buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Lee seems to have recovered his senses.

Lee moves out of range of the strikes.
Povetkin is looking to wear down Lee with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
Povetkin lands with a straight right. Lee didn't see that one coming.
Lee takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Lee bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Povetkin throws a big shot that misses.

Lee throws the left hand but Povetkin avoids the punch easily.

Lee fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Povetkin looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Povetkin on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Lee. Lee obviously looking to wear him down.
Povetkin throws a low kick but Lee moves out of range easily.
Povetkin chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Lee can pounce on him.

Povetkin throws a series of punches but Lee moves out of range.

Lee misses with a shot to the body
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Povetkin misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Lee counters with a good low kick that Povetkin was not able to check.
Povetkin throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Lee counters with a nice leg kick.
Alexander Povetkin is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Povetkin gets in close and tags Lee with a short punch that almost sends Lee to the mat! Oh Lee is in big trouble! He turns his back on Povetkin, trying to create some distance but Povetkin rushes him, striking wildly and Lee goes down! The referee tackles Povetkin into the cage to end the fight! Povetkin is one violent man!
