Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dylan Diaz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dwayne Waters (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Diaz comes to the cage accompanied by I'd Love to Knock the Hell Out of You. Waters has chosen 50 Cent - Ready for War as his entrance music. Dwayne Waters told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Diaz lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Waters jumps to the side looking to secure the arm triangle…. Ooooh, that looks tight… Diaz is gargling but he's managed to escape! Nice work there by Diaz and Waters has given up the dominant position trying to land that submission.

Waters is looking to take a break and control but Diaz is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Waters tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Waters has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Diaz is not content to let Waters control the position.
Waters misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.
Dwayne Waters is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.

Waters swings around for an armbar but Diaz sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Waters's guard.

Waters seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Waters drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Diaz manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Waters has Diaz in his guard.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Dylan Diaz.
I think Waters has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
