The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Laak throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Miller takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
Laak rushes Miller and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Miller tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Laak smiles and moves away.
A looping hook to the body misses from Laak. Miller does a little dance to reset his feet.

and Laak counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Laak closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
A left hand lands to the body for Laak.
Miller wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Laak has him pressed against the cage.
The two fighters are working to gain dominance in the clinch.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Miller crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Laak - the referee stops the clock and Miller gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Laak. Miller manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
