The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vodkov shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Tasapaksu sprawls well. Tasapaksu wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Vodkov gets slowly back to his feet.
Vodkov shoots in for a double leg but Tasapaksu sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Tasapaksu closes the distance and clinches.
Vodkov tries to break the clinch but Tasapaksu is controlling the position.
