Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tiki Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Phi Cho (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tiki Williams has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Tiki Williams!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Phi Cho!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Winston Howard and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cho jabs at Williams's body.
Williams gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Williams looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Cho puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
Cho content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.
Let's hope that Cho has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Phi Cho.
Cho changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Williams looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
That's one minute gone in the round.

Cho lands a nice forearm strike.
You can see the frustration on Williams's face as Cho controls the position.
Cho in side control, throwing shots but Williams defends.
Cho cracks Williams with a big elbow.
Cho lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Williams down.
Williams is letting Cho control him for a moment.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Williams tries to improve position but can't.
We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace.

Williams needs to keep his hands up - Cho had a free shot at his head there.
Cho throws a lazy right hand but Williams sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Cho connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Williams fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Cho throws a jab when Williams was well out of range.
Williams tries for a takedown but Cho circles away easily
enabling Cho to counter with a crisp jab.
Williams is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Cho drops Williams with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Williams! Cho dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:43 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (strikes). Phi Cho!
