Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Wangjannoi Payakaroon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Maximus Manhoef (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Payakaroon comes to the cage accompanied by thai fight music. Manhoef comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Minowaman Style kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Payakaroon lands a head kick!
Manhoef throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Payakaroon was covering up waiting for the punch and Manhoef finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Payakaroon not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Payakaroon seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now.
Manhoef drops back, looking for a kneebar! Payakaroon looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Payakaroon looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Payakaroon!
Manhoef tries to buck Payakaroon off but Payakaroon is having none of it.
Payakaroon decides to stand up, so the ref orders Manhoef to his feet.

Manhoef takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.

Manhoef closes this distance looking for a takedown but Payakaroon circles away.
Wangjannoi Payakaroon has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Maximus Manhoef.

It looks like Maximus Manhoef has been cut.
Manhoef tries to get into range but Payakaroon steps to the side and lands a beautiful hook that drops Manhoef! He's faceplanted into the mat, ass in the air... he's out cold! That's an image he won't want to show his grandkids when he gets older! Payakaroon scores the big KO victory!
