Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Chuck Inglish (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Yuji Shinoto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Shigeki Sano, Shigeki Fujiwara and Shirou Masuda.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Shinoto tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Inglish counters with a takedown into side control.
Inglish stands up.
Yuji Shinoto seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Inglish circles away from the clinch attempt
and Inglish counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Inglish.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Inglish decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on Shinoto, up you get!
Shinoto throws a left and a right that both miss
and Inglish counters with a shoot takedown. Shinoto fights it but they end up in guard.
Shinoto is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Shinoto looks gassed!

Shinoto wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Inglish manages to pass to side control.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
A head kick misses from Inglish.
Shinoto throws a head kick that misses
and Inglish counters with a nice uppercut.
Shinoto darts in trying to clinch
and Inglish counters with a big right hand! Oh Shinoto is in trouble here! Inglish follows up with more strikes and that's it! The ref has stopped it!
