Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jack McLumberg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexsandr Kovrov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). McLumberg comes into the arena with AC/DC - Thunderstruck blaring out of the sound system. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kovrov throws a head kick that misses
and McLumberg counters with a nice uppercut.
Kovrov shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. McLumberg eats them both and turns towards Kovrov to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

It looks like Jack McLumberg has been cut.
McLumberg misses with a hook. Kovrov ducked under it nicely.
Kovrov throws a hook to the side of McLumberg's head but McLumberg sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Kovrov circles away from the clinch attempt.
Kovrov looks to land a combination but McLumberg avoids it well.
Kovrov tries to bum rush McLumberg with a series of wild strikes but McLumberg uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
McLumberg thows a body shot but no joy.
McLumberg fails in his attempt to clinch.
Kovrov plants his feet and lands a nice head kick!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
McLumberg misses with an uppercut. Kovrov saw that one coming.
McLumberg throws an off balance right hand
and Kovrov counters with a nice uppercut.
A decent looking cross lands there for Kovrov.
Some wild striking there from Kovrov.
Kovrov misses with a few strikes there.

McLumberg misses the shot to the body.
Kovrov cracks McLumberg with a good jab.
McLumberg tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Kovrov paws at him with a jab and circles away.
McLumberg fails in his attempt to clinch.
McLumberg dodges the punch combination from Kovrov.
Kovrov feints and then cracks McLumberg's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow McLumberg down.
Kovrov throws out a powerful jab.
Kovrov lands a nice shot that snaps McLumberg's head back.
Alexsandr Kovrov seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
McLumberg uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Kovrov.
Kovrov throws an off balance right hand
and McLumberg cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
McLumberg's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Kovrov connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! McLumberg scrambles back to his feet.

Kovrov misses with an uppercut. McLumberg saw that one coming.

Oooooh!!! Kovrov has knocked McLumberg down with a huge combo! Kovrov steps away and waves a wobbly McLumberg back to his feet! This one might not go much longer!

Kovrov lands a big uppercut and McLumberg crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but McLumberg looks OK. Kovrov waves McLumberg back to his feet!

McLumberg is rocked!
Kovrov dips to his left and cracks McLumberg with an uppercut!
Oh McLumberg is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

McLumberg clinches with his opponent.
McLumberg seems to have got his legs back now.
McLumberg misses with an elbow strike.
McLumberg stalling against the cage.
McLumberg tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Kovrov smiles and moves away.

McLumberg gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Kovrov has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
McLumberg taking a breather.
The referee is keeping an eye on McLumberg - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
McLumberg jumps guard but Kovrov stands there with McLumberg around his waist. McLumberg gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Kovrov breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Kovrov throws a lazy head kick
and McLumberg counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Kovrov is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Kovrov throws a left and a right that both miss
and McLumberg connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
McLumberg misses with an uppercut
and Kovrov counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
Kovrov scores with a hook to the body. McLumberg takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Kovrov throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Kovrov scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Kovrov closes the distance and lands a one-two.
McLumberg throws a leg kick but Kovrov sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Kovrov throws a body kick the misses
and McLumberg counters with a two punch combo.
McLumberg is breathing heavily.
Kovrov scores with a three punch combo!
McLumberg is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Kovrov.

McLumberg throws a lazy uppercut
and Kovrov comes in over the top with a devastating right hand! McLumberg stumbles back against the cage, looking to regain his senses but Kovrov is on him like rabid pit bull! McLumberg slumps to the ground under a storm of punches and this fight is over!
