Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hanley avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Hanley defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Lugz.
Hanley comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Hanley lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Hanley slaps away a takedown attempt from Lugz, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Hanley takes a swing at Lugz's ribcage but misses.
Lugz's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Hanley connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Lugz scrambles back to his feet.

Lugz displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Hanley throws out the jab.

Hanley tests Lugz's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Hanley throws a hook to the side of Lugz's head but Lugz sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Nice sprawl there from Hanley as Lugz shoots in.
Jason Hanley has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Birdman Lugz.
Hanley slaps away a takedown attempt from Lugz, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Lugz tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Hanley paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Lugz misses with an uppercut.
Good standup being displayed there by Hanley as he connects with a hook.
Lugz moves in looking to clinch but Hanley pushes him off.
Lugz on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Lugz shoots in looking for a takedown but Hanley manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Lugz's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.
Hanley dips to his left and cracks Lugz with an uppercut!
Hanley wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Lugz walks into a jab.
Lugz changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hanley tries to avoid it but Lugz manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hanley to the ground. Hanley escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Hanley scores with a hook.

Lugz is rocked!
Hanley drops Lugz with a straight right hand, right on the button! Hanley follows him down to the mat and pounds him out with hammerfists until the referee jumps in to end the fight!
