Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Craig David (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Harris TimeBomber (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). David's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Craig David - Rise and Fall. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Harris TimeBomber!
The judges for this bout are James Atkins, Chris Edwards and Paul Tew.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
David fails with a takedown attempt.
Harris TimeBomber seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
TimeBomber goes for a high kick. It partially lands.


It looks like Craig David has been cut.

The fight moves into the clinch position.

TimeBomber jumps into guard, dragging David to the mat.

David gets to his feet - TimeBomber follows without any prompting.
David shoots in for a double leg but TimeBomber sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

David goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
David throws a big right hand that misses.

David is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
David distracts TimeBomber with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm.
David has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

David postures up in TimeBomber's guard and throws a big left but TimeBomber blocks it.
David works over TimeBomber with some ground and pound from guard.
David has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of TimeBomber is proving hard to escape from.

TimeBomber is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and David defends well.

David is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because TimeBomber is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him.
David might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.

My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

David is working TimeBomber over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. David connects with a nice short shot to TimeBomber's temple.

David is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. TimeBomber doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time David.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
David wants to control but TimeBomber is keeping him busy.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Craig David dominated that round.

That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the ring so we can get back down to business.

and David decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in TimeBomber's guard.

The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
David wants to pass the guard but TimeBomber is keeping the position.

TimeBomber is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

TimeBomber working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. David doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. David manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.
Craig David overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
