PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sean Schimling (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Meat Machine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sean Schimling!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Meat Machine!
The judges for this bout are Yves DeLean, Steve Smith and Alec Ball.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Schimling misses with a takedown attempt - Machine sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Machine misses with a looping right.
Schimling changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Machine tries to avoid it but Schimling manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Machine to the ground. Machine escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Meat Machine seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Schimling shoots for a double leg takedown but Machine sprawls well. He's pushed Schimling's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sean Schimling. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Schimling ducks under a wild hook from Machine.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Schimling walks into a jab.

It looks like Sean Schimling has been cut.
Machine circles away from the clinch attempt.
Machine lands a lovely overhand right.

Schimling looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Machine rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Schimling moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Machine moves into range and throws a big uppercut. OH! Schimling goes down! Can Machine finish him!?

Schimling is rocked!
Machine seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Schimling looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Machine puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.

Machine takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

Schimling looking for a kimura from the bottom but Machine passes into side control!
Schimling is trying to get back to half guard.

Machine decides to stand up, so the ref orders Schimling to his feet.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.
Schimling has a takedown stuffed.
Schimling is breathing heavily.

Machine drops Schimling with a huge uppercut! Schimling drops to the floor like a sack of potatoes. Machine is raining down punches and the ref stops the fight! This one is all over!
