The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Viera connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Jack looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!

Jack gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Viera to score an easy takedown into full guard.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Viera connects with a nice short shot to Jack's temple.

Viera closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Viera looks to score some points with some ground and pound.

Jack pushes Viera off looking to stand but Viera dives back in and keeps control.
Viera is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.

Viera has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Jack defend it? Viera steps over the head and cranks it - Jack is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Viera!
