Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jason Montros (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Richard Callaghan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Montros comes into the arena with Eye of the Tiger - Survivor blaring out of the sound system. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Jason Montros!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
11 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Richard Callaghan!
The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Hugh Johnson and Winston Howard.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A big left from Montros misses.
Montros pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.
Montros keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Callaghan misses with a head kick.
Callaghan uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Montros.
Montros takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Callaghan rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Montros moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Montros tries a head kick but it misses.
Montros misses the shot to the body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Callaghan slips a jab from Montros.
Montros misses with an uppercut
and Callaghan cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Montros misses with a leg kick
and Callaghan counters with a nice body kick.
Jason Montros seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Montros lands a really nice looking cross but Callaghan seems unphased.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Montros tried to score with a low kick but Callaghan checks it.
Montros punishes Callaghan's body with a nice straight punch.
Montros shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Callaghan sprawls well. Callaghan wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Montros gets slowly back to his feet.
Callaghan clinches with his opponent.
Callaghan scores a nice knee to the body.
A frustrated look appears on Montros's face as he tries to break the clinch.
Montros is looking to break free of the clinch but Callaghan has double underhooks.
Callaghan using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Montros has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Montros is trying to break the clinch but Callaghan has him pressed against the cage.
Callaghan lands with a left to the head.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Montros has had enough of the clinch but Callaghan keeps him there for the moment.
Callaghan lands a nice uppercut.
Montros manages to break the clinch.
Montros is looking to land body kicks.
Montros checks a leg kick.
Montros misses with a head kick.
Callaghan slips a jab from Montros.
A low kick from Montros is predictable there
and Callaghan counters with a left and a right... And another left! Montros is down! He's done! The ref dives in to save him and that's the end of the fight!
