Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Nintendo Takada (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anthony Abaddon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Takada's entrance music is Super Mario Bros Theme Soundtrack . A fine choice. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Takada is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Abaddon is looking to stand up but Takada won't let him.

Abaddon throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Takada stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Anthony Abaddon is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Takada takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh.
Abaddon moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Abaddon fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Takada has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

The fighters circling - Abaddon throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Takada avoids a punch combination nicely.

and Abaddon counters with a nice low kick that buckles Takada's knee momentarily.

Takada tries to keep at a distance but Abaddon has taken the fight into the clinch.

and Abaddon counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Abaddon throws an overhand right that lands on Takada's shoulder, as Takada tries to avoid the shot.
Takada changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Abaddon tries to avoid it but Takada manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Abaddon to the ground. Abaddon escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Takada lands with an uppercut that bounces Abaddon off the cage and back into rage.

and Abaddon counters with a straight right hand.
Abaddon throws out a loose jab but Takada uses good head movement to avoid it.
Nintendo Takada seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

and Abaddon counters with a left to the body.
Takada uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Abaddon.
Abaddon lands a slapping body shot.
Takada takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Takada chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Abaddon can pounce on him.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Abaddon scores to the head and body with a nice combination!

Takada gets tackled into the cage by Abaddon. Abaddon maintains the clinch.
Takada looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.

Abaddon catches Takada with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
The crowd are going absolutely nuts as the round comes to an end - what a fantastic round of action!

Abaddon drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Takada right on the button. Takada goes down! Abaddon follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Abaddon gets the win via TKO!
