The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Romansador pivots, looking for a leg kick but Jones is out of range and Romansador settles back down.
Romansador throws a right hand that misses
letting Jones counter with a right hand.
Romansador connects with an inside leg kick.
A head kick from Romansador lands but Jones takes it in his stride.
Jones thuds a left hand into Romansador's body.
Jones scores with a jab to the body.
Romansador uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Jones.
Jones on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Jones works the jab nicely.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Romansador drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Romansador stands and steps away. Jones gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

Romansador closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Jones to the mat! Jones manages to get full guard.
Romansador stands up over Jones, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Romansador throws a sloppy strike and Jones has hooked up an armbar on the loose arm! He's turned and extended fully! Romansador is forced to tap! Great BJJ from Jones!
