Loe takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Loe looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.
Loe's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Davis connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Loe scrambles back to his feet.

Ohhhhh! A huge head kick from Davis! Loe is out on his feet! Davis rushes in and throws more strikes. The ref is looking closely - Loe is covering up but the punishment is just too much and the ref steps in to stop the fight! Loe is staring into space, just thankful that the beatdown has ended. Brutal finish.
