Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Regan Hendricks (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Duddy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Duddy throws a nice outside leg kick.

and Hendricks counters with a nice uppercut.
Duddy jabs away that one connects to the head of his opponent.
John Duddy seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Duddy falls off balance throwing a combination
and Hendricks counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Duddy thinking.

Hendricks takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Duddy lands a glancing blow to the side of Hendricks's head.
Duddy throws a wild body kick that Hendricks sees coming a mile off.
Hendricks throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.
Duddy misses with an attempted mid kick.
Duddy lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.

and Duddy cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Hendricks is breathing heavily.

Duddy is pawing at Hendricks, trying to feel the distance before throwing out a cross that crashes into Hendricks's nose. Hendricks is badly hurt! Duddy pounces, throwing wild strikes as both fighters end up on the ground! Hendricks tries desperately to hold on but Duddy is relentless in his assault! As Hendricks receives an ever increasing number of unanswered strikes the referee pulls Duddy away and this one is in the books!
