The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Shigeki Sano and Yukihiro Shimada.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Alves misses with a head kick.

Osborn shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Alves napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Osborn wants to lay and pray for a moment but Alves keeps working.

Osborn feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Osborn lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for Alves!

Osborn looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Alves with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

Norman Osborn showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round!


Alves lands a head kick. Osborn smiles back at him and beckons him forward.

We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Osborn can do anything to dispel that myth.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Daniel Alves.
I think Osborn has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
