The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Russell Pearce and Dean Styles.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva throws a series of punches but Struve moves out of range.
Struve with a lazy takedown attempt
and Silva cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
It looks like Stefan Struve has been cut.
Nice cross by Silva.
Silva ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Struve moves away.
Silva throws a poor cross that misses
and Struve counters with a nice double leg into guard.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Struve wants to pass the guard but Silva is keeping the position.
Struve is working hard here to advance position.
Struve with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal.
Struve tries to free his leg and advance position but Silva is retaining full guard.
Struve won't allow Silva to get back to his feet.

Struve has gone for a leg lock! Silva slips out almost immediately though and dives into Struve's guard.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Silva accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Silva is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
Silva postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Stefan Struve's cut is getting worse.
Silva wants to control from the top but Struve keeps moving.
