Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Miko Maia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Roberto Garcia (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Maia comes into the arena with Bulls on Parade blaring out of the sound system. Garcia comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Ballad Of A Dead Soulja kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! On his way into the cage it seems that Miko Maia has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Miko Maia seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garcia throws a poor cross that misses
and Maia counters with a stiff right hand.
Maia lands a right hook to the body.
Maia throws a jab but it's blocked by Garcia.

Maia changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Garcia looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Garcia takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it.
Garcia shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Maia eats them both and turns towards Garcia to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
