The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

El Sayed has taken the fight to the clinch.
Leigh lands a glancing elbow in the clinch.
El Sayed throws an elbow that misses.
Leigh with a knee to the head.
El Sayed struggles to land a body shot inside as Leigh controls his hands.
El Sayed pushes off an throws an elbow but Leigh leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
El Sayed is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Leigh is defending well for now.
Leigh lands a knee to the head.

It looks like Mohammad El Sayed has been cut.
El Sayed tries a knee to the head but Leigh blocks it.
El Sayed fails to land with a short punch on the inside.

Leigh manages to break the clinch.

Leigh throws a quick inside leg kick.
Leigh lands with a thumping leg kick.
El Sayed tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Leigh turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.
El Sayed's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Leigh connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! El Sayed scrambles back to his feet.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Leigh fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Leigh fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops El Sayed to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! El Sayed looks to clinch but Leigh throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! El Sayed taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
