The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Good work by Alexander as he checks the leg kick.
A swing and a miss from Alexander.
Wu tries a head kick but it misses.
Alexander on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Wu. Wu obviously looking to wear him down.
Wu connects with a crisp jab.
Sloppy strikes from Alexander. Those never looked like landing.
Wu throws a lazy uppercut
and Alexander counters with a one-two to the body.
Wu swings away with a body shot that misses
and Wu takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Wu avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Wu takes one on the button.
Alexander tries to check the leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Alexander stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Wu.
Alexander takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Wu will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Alexander misses the body punch
and Wu counters with a leg kick.
Wu scores with a hook.
Alexander swings widly with a right hand
and Wu counters with a solid body kick.
Ouch! a nice leg kick from Wu, right into the meat.
Wu misses with a hook
and Alexander counters with a nice body shot.
Wu throws a nice outside leg kick.
Wu fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Alexander looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Alexander is breathing heavily.
Alexander lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Wu circles away quickly and effectively.
A jab lands there for Wu.
Wu throws a body punch but Alexander moves out of range.
Wu misses with a jab, cross combination.
Alexander misses with a hook to the body
and Wu counters with a stiff right hand.

Alexander is rocked!

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Wu throws a nasty head kick that just misses. He throws another kick to the head of his opponent and almost takes it off! Alexander crumples to the floor and the fight is over!
