PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Gray Pleman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and The Tick (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Tick's choice of entrance music: The Tick theme song. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tick misses with a wild body shot.

Tick fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Pleman has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Good leg kick by Tick there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.

Pleman on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.

Pleman closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.

Pleman drops back looking for a leg! Tick is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Tick manages to kick Pleman off! Pleman jumps back into Tick's guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
