Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jerome Harris (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bai Sistjierten (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Harris comes to the cage accompanied by Space Bound. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Left hook, right uppercut from Sistjierten.

It looks like Jerome Harris has been cut.
Harris shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Sistjierten defends it nicely.
Sistjierten lands with a good body shot.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Sistjierten fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Harris, pushing him back against the cage.

Harris is trying to trip Sistjierten. He has hold of a leg but Sistjierten is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Harris persists though and gets the takedown into guard.

Sistjierten has his foot on Harris's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Harris works his way back into a safe position though.

Sistjierten looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.

Sistjierten has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Harris off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Sistjierten is looking to clinch but Harris is avoiding it.

Sistjierten gets caught napping as Harris dives in and scores a takedown. Sistjierten manages to retain guard.

Harris got a little sloppy there for a moment and Sistjierten has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Harris has managed to get both his arms back between Sistjierten's legs - danger averted.
Harris won't allow Sistjierten to get back to his feet.
There's a bit of a scramble here and now Sistjierten is on top in guard.

Sistjierten thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Sistjierten won't allow Harris to get back to his feet.

Harris manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Sistjierten throws a series of punches but Harris avoids them all with ease.
Bai Sistjierten seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sistjierten tries to clinch there but Harris circles away.

Sistjierten closes the distance and clinches.
Sistjierten wants to break the clinch but can't.
Harris drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
A short body shot lands from Sistjierten as the two fighters clinch.
Sistjierten tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Harris's elbow.

Sistjierten manages to break the clinch.
Sistjierten swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Sistjierten tries to close the distance and clinch but Harris swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Harris shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Sistjierten pinned against the cage. Sistjierten gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Harris dodges the punch combination from Sistjierten.

Sistjierten has taken the fight to the clinch.

Sistjierten tries to improve his position but Harris has taken his back! Harris has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Sistjierten tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Harris pushes Sistjierten away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
