The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kuukap swings away with a body shot that misses
and Voipapu counters with a straight right hand.
Kuukap looks to land a left hand but Voipapu moved out of range nicely.
Voipapu keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Kuukap.
Kuukap throws a body punch but Voipapu moves out of range.

Voipapu misses with a wild body shot.

Kuukap gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Kuukap throws a body punch but Voipapu moves out of range.
Nice straight punches there by Voipapu. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Voipapu.
Kuukap misses with a lunging right hand
and Voipapu makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Voipapu lands a jab.

Voipapu scores with a hook to the body. Kuukap takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Kuukap looks gassed!
Voipapu lands a big right hand that sends Kuukap crashing to the mat! Voipapu stays standing though and waves Kuukap back to his feet!
It looks like Kaido Kuukap has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
No joy there for Voipapu, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Voipapu throws an overhand right that drops Kuukap like a sack of potatoes! Voipapu dives in to finish the fight with more strikes and this one is all over!
