Paneda tries for a takedown but Batali circles away easily
and Batali counters with a leg kick.

Batali fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Paneda to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Paneda looks to clinch but Batali throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Paneda taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
