Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Cage lets loose with a powerful body kick. Futz will feel that in the morning.
Cage lands with a hook. Futz tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head.
This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Futz. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Futz shoots in looking for a takedown but Cage manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Futz's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Futz walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Cage lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Futz has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Futz and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Luke Cage showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Horrible takedown by Futz or perhaps it was just good defense by Cage which made him look bad.

Cage wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Cage is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Futz is defending well for now.
Futz is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.

Cage tries to stall but Futz uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

Futz is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Cage defends it well.

Luke Cage is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Cage is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions.
The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Cage working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Futz's head.
Cage loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
