Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Marcos Duarte (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Abe Jefferson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Abe Jefferson is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jefferson gets caught flat footed, as Duarte shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Duarte postures up.
Jefferson can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Duarte controls the pace.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Duarte bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Jefferson's guard.

Duarte displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Jefferson.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Duarte cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
