The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

It looks like Tony Ramos has been cut.
Silva thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Ramos if he has to take too many more of those.
Ramos is still on wobbly legs! Can Silva finish him?
Ramos fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Silva avoids it really well and circles away.
Ramos seems to have recovered his senses.
Silva misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Silva throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.

Ramos fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Horrible takedown by Ramos or perhaps it was just good defense by Silva which made him look bad.
Rafa Silva has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tony Ramos.
Silva throws a nice inside leg kick.
Ramos shoots in for a double leg but Silva sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.

Ramos shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Silva sprawls well. Silva wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Ramos gets slowly back to his feet.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
The fighters circle, before Silva throws a beautiful high kick that crashes into Ramos's neck, sending him stumbling to the floor! Silva lands more strikes and forces a referee stoppage! That one ended in an instant!
