Abieezer is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Silva is just riding it out for now. Abieezer eventually gives up the hold.

Abieezer changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Silva looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

Abieezer wants to work for an arm triangle but Silva is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Abieezer uses his free foot to push down on Silva's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Silva.

Abieezer is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Silva can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Silva has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Abieezer is really squeezing tight and eventually Silva passes out! Abieezer breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!
