The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kurmotus thuds a left hand into Leek's body.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Kurmotus tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Kurmotus cracks Leek with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.
Leek throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
A telegraphed right hand from Kurmotus misses the target.
Kurmotus scores with a spinning back kick!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Leek throws a nice outside leg kick.
Kurmotus throws a right and a left that Leek avoids nicely.
Kurmotus throws a lazy uppercut
enabling Leek to counter with a crisp jab.

Kurmotus fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Leek, pushing him back against the cage.
Leek tries to throw a body punch but Kurmotus avoids it by throwing Leek back against the cage.
Kurmotus fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Kurmotus jumps guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kurmotus is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Kurmotus is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Leek doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Kurmotus.
Leek is looking to improve his position.

Kurmotus seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Leek is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
