Capwell is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: The Haunted - 99. Casey Ryback has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Capwell feints and as Ryback raises his hands in defense, Capwell changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Ryback lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Capwell shoots in for a takedown but Ryback shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Ryback leaves Capwell with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
