Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Daniel Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chris Stone (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 7 - 0, fighting out of New York, Chris Stone!
The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Jonathan Paton and Lou da Vinci.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stone looks to score with a jab to the body but Silva is just out of range.
Good standup being displayed there by Silva as he connects with a hook.

It looks like Chris Stone has been cut.
Stone slips a straight right by Silva.
Stone shoots in but Silva avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Stone closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Stone has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Silva scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Silva scores with a jab to the jaw.
Silva walks into a stiff left hand from Stone.
Silva throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Silva moves out of range as Stone strikes.
A punch combination from Silva misses.
Stone throws a low kick but Silva avoids it.
Stone avoids the body shot from Silva.
Silva fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Stone looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Silva bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Stone's head backwards.

That has opened up Chris Stone's cut even more.
Silva is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Stone.
Stone keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Good shot there by Silva.
Stone shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Stone thuds his right hand into Silva's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Stone fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Daniel Silva has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Chris Stone.
Stone uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Silva.
Silva lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Silva lands a nice hook to Stone's body. Stone takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Silva throws a jab but it's blocked by Stone.
Silva scores with a punch to the head.

Stone is rocked!
A bone on bone clash there as Silva blocks the leg kick.
Silva bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
Stone is still on wobbly legs! Can Silva finish him?

The cut above Chris Stone's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Stone throws a hook to the side of Silva's head but Silva sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
A telegraphed right hand from Silva misses the target.
Stone drops his hands momentarily. Silva doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Stone staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Stone doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
