Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pierre Gautier (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vic Sommers (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Chad Campbell, Reed Andrews and Columbo Gatti.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Sommers changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Gautier tries to avoid it but Sommers manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Gautier to the ground. Gautier escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Sommers crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Gautier - the referee stops the clock and Sommers gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Gautier. Sommers manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
