Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alexander Cioni (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Natan Grygiel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Natan Grygiel has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Nard Betker and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cioni doesn't manage to clinch there - Grygiel circles away.
Cioni closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Grygiel quickly recovers to half guard.
Cioni lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Cioni feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Grygiel drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Grygiel jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
