The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dent motions for Hickock to come forward. Dent throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
Dent tries to clinch but Hickock moves away
and Hickock counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Dent throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Hickock.

No joy there for Hickock, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Hickock shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Dent eats them both and turns towards Hickock to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
